• Due to the handcrafted nature and hygiene of jewelry products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is confirmed and shipped.

📸 Damaged or Wrong Item:

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear unboxing video and photos

• We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution.

• Custom-designed or engraved pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
